Kelly Wynne is a Bay Area family law attorney dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate some of life's most difficult transitions with compassion, clarity, and strong advocacy. Her practice covers the full range of California family law matters, including divorce, child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, and parentage actions — serving families of diverse backgrounds throughout San Mateo County and the greater Bay Area.

Committed to Access to Justice and Underserved Communities

Throughout her career, Kelly has advanced access to justice for historically underserved communities. She has represented survivors of domestic violence and elder abuse, guided clients through complex family law disputes, and advocated for LGBTQIA+ individuals, transgender clients, and non-traditional families. Her experience includes legal name and gender marker changes, parentage matters, adoption, child custody disputes, and negotiated resolutions designed to reduce conflict and keep client well-being at the center of every case.

Education and Public Interest Background

Kelly earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, where she received a Certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice Law. During law school, she served as President of the Social Justice Coalition and competed nationally in the ABA Negotiation Competition. This public interest foundation continues to shape her client-centered, equity-focused approach to family law advocacy today.

Outside the Office

When she's not in the courtroom, Kelly enjoys reading fiction, playing Magic: The Gathering, spending time with her rescue cats, playing Pokémon GO, and exploring new spots around the Bay Area.
