Berkeley Resistance Against Inter-Partner Violence (BRAIV) Series for Domestic Violence Awareness Month will be presenting on October 28^th via Zoom, Survivor Advocacy: Alternative Paths to Justice.

Partner at ADZ Law LLP, Jessica Dayton, will be featured discussing the civil remedies available to victims of domestic violence. Kel O’Hara from Equal Rights Advocates will be discussing Title IX as an option for student survivors.
